He was part of the transition team for the New National Housing Policy in Mexico and served as INFONAVIT\u2019s Deputy Director for Sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>As an active professor, Carlos has taught at Yale University, University of Pennsylvania, and Anahuac University in Mexico City. In addition, he has been a guest critic for the Harvard University Graduate School of Design and the University of Michigan.
