These spaces remain fixed around a fluxing\u00a0infrastructure of public transportation. Within them the\u00a0emotional complexities of travel can be altered or enhanced.\u00a0Bus terminals, subway stations and street edges, serve as\u00a0platforms for experiential spectacles and venues to engage\u00a0in time collapsing, immersive, sensory experiences. In this\u00a0regard, Bergamo is a pilot site for exploring the implications\u00a0of marrying built form and digital overlays, employing the\u00a0bus pole as the mode to manifest spectacle. The existing\u00a0structure of bus travel in the city is investigated, with\u00a0each correlating terminal stop categorized (small,\u00a0medium, or large) to establish spatial parameters\u00a0for design interventions. The project engages\u00a0with structural interventions of built form, and\u00a0overlays of digital projection content to\u00a0explore ways of altering the emotions of\u00a0motion, within a waiting space.
