Jessica Sevilla


Jessica Sevilla is a designer and advocate with special interest in the study of the public realm. She has participated in several public art and community development projects working closely with creators, civic leaders, public institutions, students, and cultural managers. She is based in the border city of Mexicali and is an active member and cofounder of the civil association Algo por el Centro, a platform dedicated to promote the city’s downtown. She holds a Masters degree from Harvard’s Graduate School of Design and a degree in architecture from the Autonomous University of Baja California, where she teaches.
