Juan Santa María
Trained as an Architect (Finis Terrae, 2010), Juan Santa María has experience working in highly complex projects and been involved in the construction of more than half a million square feet, including residential and office use buildings with LEED Silver and Gold Certification in Santiago, Chile. This includes making decisions from the urban scale to a wide variety of construction details, always considering the project as a whole concerning its programming, follow up, administrative and legal management. Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Urban Design where he has been interested in the development of social justice through the study of urban policy structures and fair housing development.
